Custom-Made Products All our products are made-to-order and printed on demand. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.
Processing Time
- Production typically takes 2-7 business days after order placement
- During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 10 business days
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Time (after production)
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- United States: 3-10 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-7 days) + Shipping Time
Delivery Estimates Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from shipping delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different facilities to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and local postal services.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@hellolabels.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
- We cannot modify the address once production has started
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
- International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
- Customs processing may add additional delivery time
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, with no refund issued
Delays Beyond Our Control We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Natural disasters or weather conditions
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Public health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
