Return and Refund Policy
Custom-Made Products Our products are custom-made items created specifically for each order. All products are made-to-order and uniquely personalized for you. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not available in the following cases:
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Change of mind
- Design change requests after ordering
- Products that cannot be resold due to their personalized nature
- Sale items
Defective Products or Shipping Damage Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
